We receive hard drives from around Australia, so please ensure that if you are not dropping the drive into our offices, that you pack it in at least 3 inches of bubble wrap and a box to keep it from getting damaged in transit. An extra $10 of bubble wrap could save hundreds in data recovery fees, or heartbreak if it is unrecoverable.
